Through hands-on instruction and supportive training, students will learn how to escape from grabs, holds, and ground positions, as well as how to use BJJ principles to neutralize larger or stronger opponents. The course also covers situational awareness, boundary setting, and confidence-building exercises in a safe and encouraging environment.
